Dr. Phuong Nguyen – Oral Surgeon

Dr. Nguyen is talented oral surgeon who is committed to creating a state of the art oral surgery practice that provides the best possible clinical treatment while fostering an environment of complete care.

Dr. Nguyen is focused on her patients’ comfort and safety as well as the quality of dental care they require.

Dr. Phuong Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine in 1998. From there, she attended Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors in 2002.

She continued her dental education with a one-year internship at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where she began studying oral maxillofacial surgery.

This highly specialized training was continued at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where Dr. Nguyen conducted four years of graduate study to become an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Nguyen is currently in the process of obtaining board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
